need help with customizing

I just got a call from Paypal seems the soho doesnt integrate with paypal PRO ( which is what I have) although I love soho cart,
I am going to have to go back (boo hoo) to os commerce.
sorry for the multiple posts I guess I wont be needing this after all!

I need some help customzing the actual 'cart '

I made my own template and now I need to fix the way the items look on the page

I dont like the font or borders I want a simple look. can someone please lead me to the file that needs to be changed?

I dont want the blue/grey header or large font of timesnewroman font.. can I change any of this
