I installed Soholaunch Pro via Fantastico to test it. I was considering buying a server license to offer it to customers via the Web Studio Edition but wanted to test its functionality first.

It's a good thing I did. On my test account I can login, choose a template and add pages, but when you try to edit a page, none of the buttons work. You click them and nothing happens. I have not seen this brought up by anyone else so I will assume the problem is unique to me.

Can anyone suggest a way to get this working, as I have no idea what the problem is.

Could you Private Message me with the url of the site w/ Pro on it, and the /sohoadmin login information?

Exactly the same problem here, so it's not just you. Cameron, will PM info momentarily.

Both of you need to make sure to drag and drop the image in the box you want it in. Just click and drag =).

I can't speak for the thread starter, but clicking and dragging is what I was/am doing. I've used this package before. Did you actually try the URL that I PMd you?

I was able to click n' drag on your site. Try the following:
-delete cookies
-make sure all pop up blockers off (windows SP2 added additional popup blocker)
-make sure your local pc is not behind a firewall

Speedie:

Did you actually get your problem fixed? I have the same issue and tried Cameron's advice with no results. Not good.

The issue is some sort of browser issue but I cannot for the life of me figure it out. It works on one computer of mine but not the other. When I was using 4.6 it worked on both computers.

However with the number of "browser" issues that are coming up on this message board, it is clearly an issue with the programming of Pro Edition. This has to be addressed. The days of firewalls and high security settings are here to stay, even though I shut off my firewall and lowered my settings in the browser I STILL cound not edit the page. The page editor worked on my other computer WITH a firewall running and the security settings set to medium.

:(

Didn't work here I'm afraid. Deleted all cookies. Can't turn off firewall as I'm behind a router, though XP's own firewall has long since been disabled. No pop-up blocker installed.

What exactly isn't working? Could you be more detailed as to your problem?

ngweb,

I had the same problem with one of the beta versions. (you proberbly can not create new pages, right?)
you need to delete 2 tables in the database to get this fixed. (if this is the beta version i think it is)
