2) Can ordinary or registered user upload PDF, Word, and other files

3) Can we creates list of downloadable file into category or webpage

4) Are users able to rate pages?

5) Are users able to post comments?

6) Is "site search" available?

7) Is "Guest book" availble?

8) Can a user register himself?
