Is there a changelog for version 4.7 so I can compare what the difference is between it and version 4.6?

This will be included on our new site, which should be up in about a week. Until then here is a rough list:

Shopping Cart Changes
Emails are now received when a purchase is made through paypal
Customer Commenting fixed in shopping cart
Paypal gateway optimized
Email receipts are now sent when one of the following occurs: Paypal Success/Cancel/Failure, Check/Money Order, Offline processing, WorldPay.
Order numbers added to the top of email receipts after purchase
Each payment option can now be enabled/disabled independently
Cart invoices can now be manually Canceled, Closed, Printed, or Purged
Added unique "SPECIAL_TAX" field to "cart_products" table to handle single item tax at checkout; keeping the PROD_SHIP available for use in custom shipping setups
Fixed Shopping Cart Clogging problem
All hard coded Soholaunch meta tags removed

Search Engine Optimization Changes
S.E.O. optimization with custom meta tags for each page. Static html pages generated in the document root for each site page now include complete copy of page content, keywords, title, and description, as well as site-wide meta data.
Can now have page-specific <title>, <met description>, and <meta keywords>

Program Interface Changes
Full customizable interface through CSS variables
User Selection of language in the tool
New Default interface colors, which increase ease of use

Other Module Changes
Customizable splash pages
Auto Menu is now sortable
Customer number has been removed from URL

Template Changes
Automatically detects and utilizes up to 3 separate design layouts per template, allowing template developers to create eye-catching, graphic-intense home pages that are not
tonfined to the boundaries of content-heavy interior page layouts
Unique files for homepage, shopping cart, and index: index.html used as default template file, home.html used in place of index.html if currently browsing the homepage, and cart.html used in place of index.html when within the checkout system
Custom.css and cart.css now off complete control of template and shopping cart display
The assigning custom templates to individual pages bug has been fixed
The text header formatting now remains in the cart system

Setup / Installation Changes
Language File Location- Allows for all installations to maintain a single language selection
Set Default Language- Allows clients to set product language without having to log in
Default Email Address- Used to populate email/contact fields (vs. "webmaster@thisip")

File Manager Changes
.ASF- Electronic Arts Music files added to extension list, and can now be uploaded
.ASX- Microsoft Advanced Streaming Redirector/ Video files added to extension list, and can now be uploaded
.JS- External JavaScript files added to extension list, and can now be uploaded

Multi-User Access Rights
All bugs have been worked out
Revised and easier-to-use interface
"View Invoices Only" option added
More control over user access

Miscellaneous Bug Fixes
Ensure that all built-in templates are free of style sheet/layout problems
Template now dictates format of #LOGO# header in shopping cart
Allow template complete control over formatting of menu (via Custom Style Sheet)
