Unable to find valid license?

Hello there,

Doing my first setup of SohoLaunch, got through the first few steps, now when I login I receive the message "Unable to find valid license for domain (mydomain.com)", even though I have created a licence for it in the partner area.

Now ** I did make the licence twice, the first time I created the licence it didn't work either, so I thought perhaps I had done something wrong. I deleted that licence and made the same URL a licence again. Now instead of saying I have 10 licences it says I have used 1 and have 8 left.

Any thoughts on what I'm doing wrong? WIll send the details along if you need to check out how I've set things up.

Also I should add that MySql database and URL of domain have separate IP's, if that makes any difference.

If you are running on a server that has multiple Ips you need to include these in your partner area. You can include these by logging into your partner area and managing the server. Then click add addresses and insert the ips. If you do this and your license still doesn't work go into your /sohoadmin folder and delete soholaunch.lic.
