View Full Version : Untitled Page
How do I get the page title to show up in the title bar? I have edited the page properties inserting title, keywords and description but ALL (except home) pages have "untilted page" at the top of the browser. The home page has the title when you initially call the site to the browser, but when you click on the Home Page button it shows this at the top of the browser:
http://sitename.com/index.php?pr=Home_Page&=SID
Thanks
Linda
Hello??? Can anyone help me on this?

Are you trying to use the #PAGETITLE# feature? This feature places the page name that you specify on page properties.

lsvf,
If this is cryptic to you and you don't know how to find out if you use the #PAGETITLE# feature, browse to your template directory (where all the templates are installed) open the template which you use at this moment and look somewhere in the top for the <TITLE>something here</TITLE> tag. check that it is coded like <TITLE>#PAGETITLE#</TITLE>

Nope -- The template did not have the #PAGETITLE# feature. I will change. Thanks a lot.
I hate to keep asking questions like this when they might be answered in a help file -- is there an updated help manual with 4.7?
