Guest Book Software?

I've seen the plethora of free services online but I'd rather have something installed on my server. I've also looked at ViPER guest book. Best so far but the skin options are a bit lacking. Was wondering if anyone had any other good suggestions? Thanks.

This program has a guest book feature. You can create a new page called GuestBook. When you edit the page, drag and drop custom code and select the guestbook option. Then add any other content with the text editor.

May I suggest that maybe you opt out of having a guestbook. It would seem that spammers have basically taken the concept and killed it with their viagra and cailis nonsense.
