Hi

I have a few questions about Soholaunch which I am unclear about, after reading the website. They are:

1. I would like my clients to have the ability to create their own websites easily. I guess Proserver is the best license to go for. How will my clients be able to build their site? Can they simply fill in a username and password on the site and login, or will they have to install the Soholaunch product themselves?

2. If I get the Proserver 15 or Proserver Unlimited license, is there a minimum contract length I must sign to, or could I cancel at any time?

3. Will I be provided with my own customised website to sell the web builder product to clients?

Many thanks,

YC

Hello YC.
Thank you for your interest in Soholaunch. Below are the answers to your questions . .

1) Depending upon your server automation there are several methods available to easily install Soholaunch . . . 1) Soholaunch is included in several auto installation routines commonly available on various servers (Fantastico, Installatron, cpSkins, 4PSA Integrator). We also offer our own automated installation script (installsoholaunch.php). Several of our hosts have integrated their own installation routines depending upon their own specific deployment configurations. Be in touch with us directly and we can determine with you the easiest direction for you.

2) There is no contract term. You can cancel at any time. All sites will continue to work after any such cancellation, but the end users' access to the Soholaunch editing console for advanced features will be interrupted. Access for basic features will continue to be operational even after cancellation.

3) We don't provide a full hosting company website, but we do provide a sample html page, screen shots, demodemo flash tutorials, etc. as part of a marketing kit.

Do be in touch with any other questions. Thanks for your interest in becoming a Soholaunch Partner.

Hi Jim,

Thanks for your reply!

Regarding point 1, I understand that I can use one of the installers to install Soholaunch on my server. However, if I want to set up an account for one of my clients so that they can start building their own website, will they have to install something too, or can they just log in with a username and password?

Many thanks,

YC

Hello YC,
Soholaunch is installed at each domain as needed. Once installed the end user logs in with a username/password to access the Soholaunch main menu for editing their site.
