Simplify shopping cart?

I am considering purchasing the pro version for use of the shopping cart, but have a few questions:

Does it only allow paypal after purchase as the 14 day trial has the paypal box greyed out.

Can I create a shopping cart that does not have online payment, basically, just a stock list that customers can call/email to check availability.

Can I remove the customer review links and send to friend links?

Basically, I need just a stock list type page in the same format as the shoping cart without the options to buy.

But to answer your others:

You don't have to use PayPal. You can choose to use only pay by check/money order.

The Customer Review and Email to friend features are turned on or off from the SHopping Cart Setup: Display Settings section

That PayPal checkbox becomes available as soon as you fill-in your paypal email and hit "Save Payment Options".

Sure. Just don't pick any payment processing methods in Payment Options. Leave all the boxes un-checked and the "----None---" option is selected from the dropdown box for "Live Card Processing:". Then hit the save button at the very bottom, and you're good to go. This is what is sometimes reffered to in our documentation as "Catalog-only mode".
