Importing CSV file into Data Table

I've set up a Shopping Cart, and decided it would be much faster to import a CSV file into CART_PRODUCTS.

I've uploaded the CSV file, and when I go to Import, I'm prompted to select the CSV file, but when I click Next, I get this error message:

Action Canceled
Internet Explorer was unable to link to the Web page you requested. The page might be temporarily unavailable.

Any suggestinos on what could be causing this?

Try the things suggested in this post if you are using windows service pack 2, http://forum.soholaunch.com/showthread.php?t=157
