Does anyone remember how to modifiy the page builder so that the session id (or customer number) doesn't show up in the URL? I did the modification for two sites, but I still can't remember how I did it... :D

In PGM-realtime builder you have to delete every occurence of customer number. There are a few other files I can't think of off the top of my head, but you can "sniff" them out by searching for them when the customer number pops up after clicking on a link.
*On a side note 4.7 takes out customer numbers automaticly.

Not to change the subject when will a stable version of 4.7 be available.
And is there a list of new/changed features in 4.7 anywhere?

-email notifications and reciepts are sent at transaction based times
-shopping cart now recieves and reacts to payment responses from paypal
-custom templates can now have alternate disigns for the homepage, and interior/cart pages, as well as alternate style sheets
-remember me features in shopping cart made more prominent and intuitive
-auto menu system now sortable
-all hard coded soholaunch meta tags removed
-serveral new automated SEO features
-various bug fixes
-added language selection to initial setup form *thanks RUBEN!!!!!!
-customer number variable removed from URL

That is all I can think of that has been added since beta 2, but there is more!
As per the release date, we are currently constructing a new website which is almost completed as well as reconstructing the partner area. Keep your fingers crossed, hopefully we will get this out next week. I will post an official list of changes before the relesase.

Sounds great! I'll wait for the stable version of 4.7, rather than fooling with the current version.

Is there a way to add these tags to a page without modifying the template?
I have tried adding a tag such as #NEWSBOX# in the text editor but it does not interpret this as a tag.
Maybe adding it as custom code on a page?

nope, you have to edit this in the template (index.html) file in the template you want to edit.
there you can also choose to use the tag #NEWBOX-125# or #NEWSBOX-075# to show the first 125 or 75 characters of the news article.
