I don't have a definitive answer for that but I'd suggest you check Bluewho. Excellent reputation. I know their customers were loving Soholaunch and they were committed to making it avaialble on all their reseller servers through Fantastico. Last time I visited their forums they were supposed to have announced pricing but hadn't done so yet. If that doesn't pan out ask on WHT - http://webhostingtalk.com/

If you aren't certain about getting a dedicated then you can step up from a reseller program with a VPS usually for about $20-$30 per month more. A lot of them have Cpanel included and will throw in a fantastico install for $15 or less. I've tested Soholaunch on a VPS and it works fine but of course the more sites the more CPU and ram allocation you will need.
