Hi, new to soholaunch so still trying to work it all out.

My problem at the moment is the template builder. I have built a template, uploaded an image to your size spec etc but when I go into template manager I am getting the message 'this template does not seem to be in format'

Can you explain this to me please, since I am using the template builder so surely it is set up in your format?

Is there a way I can change the format without having to rebuild another template?

Can you edit the template you have already built?

Sorry about all the questions, but before I actually start building the site I would like to sort the template bit out first.

Hi Jan,

Welcome! The problem you're encountering is a bug. We've fixed it in the next release (r28) which will release this week. Once we do you can update via Software Updates and this problem will go away.

Glad to hear this as I too had that problem, but started building the site anyway and forgot about it. Will look for the new update next week.

FYI: The r28 update is available now via Software Updates as a "Latest" build.
