Hi,

I have the current version that you can install server wide 15 websites for 25 bucks. Is this licence entitled to shopping cart, blog manager and all the stuff or does it have limitations?

My websites are not showing most of the plugings like shoping cart and would like to know if they are included on that license.

Yes, that license gets you 15/each of cart, blog, etc. The only limitation is that you only get 15 of each. As in, you can deploy 15 full-featured sites on your server...anything past that and you've got to upgrade to ProServer Unlimited -- which lets you deploy unlimited full-featured sites on a certain server.

Log in to the partner area and pull up your server license. You'll see a list of the domains installed on it...edit a domain to enable the various features for it.
