Just got a authorize.net account. Been trying to use it on SohoLaunch and it won't work. Put the API Login and transcript key in. So that is set. When I try to process a credit card either in test or live mode, it comes back saying - Unable to complete transaction. Your credit card has not been charged. Error :
I'm using authorize.net on another shopping cart so I know it's not them. The authorize.net tech since there was no numbers after Error:, it would be a shopping cart problem.
Have any ideas how i can fix this problem? Thank you for any help you may give in advance.

Also: What version of Pro Edition are you using? (bottom right corner of /sohoadmin tool).

V4.9 r31. It was also doing it with the version before this.

Nevermind. Assumed (mistakenly) that you got the full version buy purchasing a Single Website License from us. Should've asked if you got it from us or from your web host. :ehheh:

Can you send me a PM with your /sohoadmin log-in and FTP access info for your site so we can check this out?
