Can someone tell me if this site that is a soho client done with existing table structure module? How do they get the listings to show up this way and the details when you click on details?

What this person did is modify the search. To customize a search like this, first create the search with Pro, then download the search include file(can be found in media folder). MOdify the and upload. All the search specifications are in the include file.
