Shopping cart problem

when a customer orders they are directed to a form to fill in a number. This number is not showing up on the invoice to me so I do not know what they ordered. How do I fix this?:ehheh:

What about when you view the invoice in Shopping Cart > View Online Orders/Invoices. It should list the customer-entered form data below the item on the invoice. Or are you saying that you're checking there and that's where it doesn't show up?

I am saying exactly that, when you view the shopping cart or the invoice it lists the field name but not what the customer put in the field when they ordered.....If you want to test it go here and scroll down and try to order a couple action photos

Try updating to the latest build (v4.9 r34) via Software Updates and see if that fixes it.
