My brother and I are new to the bv and soholaunch community, as well as web designing. We chose the mountain man blue template to use for our website because it fits in with our Environmental theme, but when we go into template manager and enter our Header logo text it places the text in the extreme left side of the page, word wrapes the text and cuts out the rest of the picture of the mountain. Are we doing something wrong that causes this?

Sorry about that. WE went in last night and tried to reupload our own template design and what you saw is one of the problems we have with the template uploade feature in vodahost. Why is it, we can view our own designed template in the preview in browser, but when we upload to vodahost we get the error "Template is not in the right format". The template was designed using the bluevoda web building program, we followed all of the tutorial rules about naming the file, putting it and all image files in the correctly formatted syntaxed folder, then zipping that folder up, can get it to upload properly, but when we go to select that template, we get the error. The mountain man Blue is back in as our template home page. We also think we figured out what the problem is with mountain man blue, there seems to be a height dimension but no width dimension in the html code. We tried to inscert a width variable but the code is locked and we can not change it. So when we view it in the preview webpage, everything in the header is to the left. The link above is valid for mountain man blue. Smac

1. Make sure you've updated to the latest version (v4.9 r34). Recent builds have included fixes that address that error specifically.

2. That error should only appear if your index.html does not contain any pound variables (http://wiki.soholaunch.com/index.php?title=Custom_Templates#Pound_Variables).
