#TMENU# links not showing

I have a custom template and my #TMENU# links are not showing up for some reason.

Here is my site if you want to take a look. The links should be showing up under the copyright. www.hollyostertag.com (http://www.hollyostertag.com)

Anyone else had this problem?

In the menu system in the backend you need to click the menu on for tmenu.
