I have recently installed the above upgrade, primarilly because it enables 12 cart variations instead of 6 which is a great help to my particular web site requirements. Unfortuneately I am now having a few problems with the add/edit product function. In a nutshell new products are not being saved at all via the add products form. I was able to overcome this by manually adding an sku to the cart_products database table, which saved ok, then editing this (adding images/prices/descriptions etc) via the edit product function in the normal window which was working ok, not ideal but functional.
Now however I cannot even edit product sub_cats or variant_names, no data is being saved at all. Even adding a sub_cat variation to an existing product caused all the previous sub_cat entries to be deleted on the website shop view- I had to restore a back up to rectify this. However, variant_price additions are being saved in as much as they appear in the shop web view proper below the product image as a price range, but not as a drop down box as they should. Somethings not right here, the system seemed to be working ok , then not.
I can overinstall the v33 upgrade but I know this will cause a lot of data loss.
Any thoughts anyone?
