As far as I can see, there is no heading tags available in text editor. How exactly does Soholaunch help a webmaster in website optimization (besides the meta tags) ? My customers want to know that so I'd really appreciate any helpful info regarding this topic.

Have you used the webmaster button in the top right hand side of the admin panel? Theres a link within the webmaster area for Meta tags and titles. In addition you can go into the template folder and add whatever you need to directly in the appropriate template home page file as you would a normal HTML file
