soho cpanel problem? with recieving blank error page ?

all pop up blocker programs shut down also

2. problems with same occurences.

1. in the sohoadmin cpanel.
2. in the cpanel
3. there is a help icon bottom lower left of cpanel
4. when you click it, it comes up in a new window"help"
5. in that window it says in the uper right..tutorials,manuals and another button.
6. once i get into that window none of the tutorials are working.
7. it comes up with the same message i sent you before...page opens all white and at the top it reads: 192...... php?error.soadmin(in the last email i pasted it)please contact customer support.
8. so then i have to go back out into another regular explorer and look for the tutorails outside of my cpanel? requires me to go and search for the tutorial im looking for outside my cpanel , when i should beable to access it right from the cpanel?


problem 2
1. after in soho cpanel.
2. in file manager
3. click images
4. click up load files
5. upload file
6. then after it shows you the file you just uploaded...the words right below the file it shows you uploaded..mian menu..shopping cart, upload more files
7. when i click on the words main menu the page turns white and gives an error message 192......soho adminphp? same as supprt ticket#kaq-368481 error.
8. i tried shutting off pop up blockers , scam gaurds...
9. but if that was the case the main button in the upper right
of soho admin cpananel works! (main menu) but the other one in words(main menu) under the uploaded file doesnt?

let me know what you can come up with any viable solutions or something that might be causing this?

Hi dcra33,

The Main Menu link problem after you upload files is a bug. I've fixed it for our upcoming r39 wrap due out this week. (r39 changelog here (http://wiki.soholaunch.com/index.php?title=New_Stuff_in_v4.9#v4.9_.28r39.29)) .

As for the help center issue. Can you send me a private message with the sohoadmin and FTP/cPanel log-in details for your site so I can check this out?

FYI for anybody reading this...

The Tutorial issue in the Help Center was a result of the way certain global options where configured by dcra33's web hosting company. Namely, the web host was trying to link the Tutorial button to a certain page on his website (www.vodahost.com/soholaunch.htm), but the Help Center didn't account for that...it expects a link to a folder where it can pull the tutorial movie files from...not a specific page's url.

To fix the problem I've added the option to web host Branding Controls in the partner area to allow hosts to link the tutorial button to a specific url. So to get the fix two things have to happen: you have to update to v4.9 r39 (which will be released later this week), and you web host has to log-in to our Partner Area, got to Branding Controls, and set the Tutorials option under "Help Center" to "Link the Tutorials button to a specific page on my website".

In dcra33's case I'll be contacting his web host (VodaHost) myself (when we release r39) to let him know to update his settings. Happy to do the same for anybody else. Just tell me who your web host is and I'll take care of it.
