Can anyone recommend someone who can create for me a custom made template?

I used www.templatezapper.com. He took an existing website and made it Soho compatible.

Also, you could check out www.sohotemplates.com as well as www.addons.soholaunch.com. These are the 3 websites that come to mind. I'm sure there are other people out there as well.
