Shipping pricing determined by what state they choose in there cart sign up.

Our new real time shipping plug-ins (http://forum.soholaunch.com/showthread.php?t=4578) will allow you to set the location for your store. Then when your end user purchases from the site the shipping will be calculated from that base location.
