Video Dilemma???

I took a video which was 374mb mpeg from one of my vendors and loaded it ftp up to my site (http://www.temptationsent.com). I then went to the page where i wanted to add the video.

Here's my questions.

1. when i attached it to the page and went to view the page html mode, just a video button was there(htlm view)? no play screen? i then click the video button and it loaded to a new screen showing quicktime player and never started to play..i waited 10 minutes and still nothing.:hmm:

Most sites the movie works in the same general way, but it loads or renders for a bit and then plays. Where this didnt play at all. even with unlimited bandwith?Most likely im doing something wrong?:hmm:

I took the 374mb movie(mpg-defaults with apple player) that took to long to render for the site and converted the video to wmv(windows media video-defaults with windows media player) this reduced the mpg file down to 16.7 mb .wmv file. The file plays quick now right fromthe site and no need for customers to download.
