Changes to runtime.css

I made some changes to the runtime.css file so that the default text menu colours display different colours.

However whenever I upload any new file, even an image file, it seems to undo the changes made to the runtime.css file.

How do I prevent this from happening?

Which runtime.css file did you edit ?
If using a template which is not the default site template then you must edit or include in the Template folder being used the relevant runtime.css file

edit the runtim.css in /sohoadmin/client_files/base_files/ . This is the copy that writes all the other runtimes.css's.
