Contact form not sending email

I own a web host & design company. www.ourweb.net One of my clients uses Soho for his site. www.always10percentoff.com He has a contact form that is not sending email. when i look at the source code in IE, it has @always10percentoff.com for the toemail. so i tryed to chrane the contact email in the webmaster goble setting. that didnt work............ HELP

after you change the email address in the global settings, you have to delete and reinstall the form on the web page so that the html will reflect the changes.
