New Template Generator

I would like to have a template generator tool that has access to the full functionality of SOHO such as horizotal and vertical navigation menus, Blog tie-ins, Promo box creation, and the ability to place all the #item# on the page.
If such a tool is not available, I'd like to see more documentation on how to create SOHO templates.. for the non-programmer.

We are developing something along the lines of a template creator. It will not be out for a while but it is in development.
