To re-create the problem do the following:

Go to http://www.printsetters.com

In the left hand menu click on the third item “Business Cards” (this will work the same with any of the products)

Scroll down the page and click on “Buy Now”. Then click on add to cart. Then click on checkout.

When you click on checkout you will see the url change to https.

If you were a customer and decided to continue shopping or to abandon the purchase and then clicked on “Home page” in the left hand menu, you are returned to the home page, but the url remains https, and when you arrive at the home page and many other pages you try to navigate to after that you get the unsecure items pop-up, also the site is slow when the https is showing.

When you go out of the secure checkout area should the url revert to http instead of https?

Also, the only items that show as unsecure are items where I have used the soholaunch text editor and included graphic items with text. I have never built a website before and soholaunch is the only programme I have ever used for this. I use Corel Draw and Photoshop to create graphics which are all gif format.

Have submitted a support ticket but they can't help and sent me here!

The non-secured component on your pages is the RapidSSL logo image: http://www.printsetters.com/images/ssl_logo.gif. Upload a copy to your website and use it instead a direct link to printsetters.com should take care of it.
