Updating a page on my webiste

I am experiencing a problem with updating a page on my webiste www.fitlink-u.com that is in a "members only" area. I believe I followed the proper steps in - edit pages, then save and then preview - everything looks great. I then previewed my website through the control panel and everything looked great. When I went to view the site after logging out of the sohoadmin, the page did not reflect any of the updates I had made (and saved.)

I ran window wash because I was told my computer might be "caching" but not change. I have rebooted and hit the F5 key repeatedly but no change.

Thanks for any help and guidance, I only have a few strands of hair left.
