Price Affecting Options

Is it possible to put price affecting options within the Form Data? I have multiple options that could affect the price (e.g. color and size). The Product Subcategories / Price Affecting Options doesn't seem to allow for more than one price-affecting option.

Also, is there a way to keep the cart from combining like items that have different Form Data. For example, if I have an item that can be personalized with a name and I use the Form Data to let the customer specify the name, I would want 2 different line items in the cart even though the base product is the same. Instead, it appears that the quantities are combined in the cart and the form data for one of the items is lost.

There's not a way to do what you're talking about that's built-in to the default product. Would make a great plugin (or two...one for price-affecting form data and one form different forms for different variations).
