some bugs in latest version?

I installed yesterday the last version of soho.
(I uninstalled all my soho files and made a new and clean install)
Here are some bugs I noticed:
when clicking "manage plugins / get more plugins" :the link doesn'exist anymore and you get a message error.
When clicking "help files / tutorials": nothing on your screen : the tutorials seems to be gone.
When you put a blog on a page, it seems the public can't add any comment on the page
But a real problem: if you make a new install and upgrade it to the last version, you are unable to restore your backup because you can't upload your backupfile into the backup directory:the backup directory seems to be write-protected!
I tried it with the soho Cp and with Filezilla ,without results
I found a solution: I installed an older soho version, uploaded my backupfile ,and only then upgraded. But, without finding an older sohoversion ,I wonder how you could manage it.
Since I readed Fantastico plans to give an upgraded soholauch version ,I wonder where people will find such a old non upgraded version

Hi -
I've installed v4.9 r31 and I had the add-on for a minute, but now it's gone. Where did it go? :wtf:

Also had the auto upgrade for second, and that seems to be missing too. Is it a licencing issue through my ISP Lunarpages? Or should I try to reinstall?
