CIA Does not work

I installed cia. I loaded fonts and it recognized them. They still do not show up in text editor. I saw the previous posts but i understand there was a fix. please tell me what i'm doin wrong.

same problem here.
I did also check and edit the permissions described but still this plug-in does not work. I could use some help.
