mountain man promoboxes: 1 or 3 ?

I use the mountainman template but don't understand how I can add promoboxes on the right side.
The skeletton( index.html ) shows 3 promoboxes but in the blog manager you can only add one.So I only have one on the left side and nothing on the right (except the 2 blue lines).

PS: I have nothing to sell but I would like to put a link on the upper right side (into a promobox ) directing people to a subdomain where the pages are written in an other language.
Perhaps does someone have a better idea that gives people a language choice ?

Just add two more blog entries to the "Special Promotions" subject. The template will place each entry in one of the three boxes.

I am using soho in my site since couple of weeks. I am using landscape mountain man template. I want to use my own header image. But I could not do this. How can I do this replacement. Can any body help me ?

Go to Template Manager in Sohoadmin, click on "Setting" tab on the top, you can then uploaded and specify a company logo image to replace the default image, which is 778x105 in size.
