If I have an "&" as a character in the pricing variation; the price goes to 0 after I fillout the form and check out. Once I remove the & the price shows up at checkout. Would like to use the & - any ideas how to work around this?

Try using the html code for an ampersand --- "&" --- instead.

If that doesn't work, consider using the word "and" (until we correct the & problem). ;)
