Depends on whether you get a ProServer 15 or a ProServer Unlimited license. ProServer 15 is $25/month per server whether you have Fantastico or otherwise. ProServer unlimited is $75/month per server if you don't have Fantastico but only $60/month if you do already have Fantastico (as in your case).

Yes but if you have Fantastico you don't really need it. Licensing is automatic. You just specify the hostnames of the server(s) you want to license and it just works. Then if you want you can configure branding and which features are enable/disabled per-domain and/or by default via the partner area.

Hope that helped! Again, assuming you're a web host wanting to license his entire server(s) here. If you're just looking to get the full version on your website, then ignore everything I just said and tell me so I can change my answer.

If it's installed, you can go to yourdomain.com/sohoadmin and you should see the soholaunch log-in screen.
