ixed.lin.4.3.10.pxp loader file missing

I just installed Soholauch Pro Edition 4.7 and I cannot access my admin page.

I get the following error:

"PHP script /home/killeens/public_html/killeen/sohoadmin/index.php is protected by SourceGuardian and requires file ixed.lin.4.3.10.pxp.
Please read SourceGuardian protected scripts manual."

Looked in the ixed directory and there no ixed.lin.4.3.10.pxp file. Also cannot seem to find this version of loader on the net.

Any suggestions ?

I renamed ixed.lin.4.3.9.pxp to ixed.lin.4.3.10.pxp and it works. So maybe just do this until the real ixed.lin.4.3.10.pxp is released.

The sourceguardian.com site is givng a 500 error right now. Hmmmm...

Also, Fantastico will have an updated version of our product late this week. The new install will be unencrypted as well as have many new fixes and features.

Shoot ! I just figured out that I need a PARTNER key !!!! My hosting company said that the 3 month trial has expired.

Is this a three month trial for the FANTASTICO cpanel package ?

Or does it mean that the client will need to pay three months after creating a website ?

I am a reseller and It seems that it has only been a month since the fantistico package was made available to me on my cpanel...

This SOHOlaunch was looking very promissing and I wanted to offer it to clients yet I need to try it myself.

Your hosts trial probably expires sometime in January, but im not sure. It has been about 2 1/2 months since the Fantastico launch. To take advantage of the 3 month free trial you do need the main ip for your server, as well as access to the admin area of Fantastico. You may try contacting your host again, but it sounds like they are in limbo. If your host ends up not offering Pro, that doesn't mean that you can't use and or resell Pro. My how times fly. If the options that cameron don't work out for you and your host is on the fence i can give you some free temporary space on our server to try it out (although if you request a license from your host they probably will respond). Always here to help an enthusiastic Soholaunch user and we haven't had any problems with our Fantastico installs. If you then want to go for it I can direct you to some resellers who do support Soholaunch or point you in a VPS direction which also works quite well.

How much does it cost just to use the PRO version on a single website install ?

We don't realy sell Pro individualy, but we have many great hosting companies that frequent the forums. I would rather that they not list any prices in the forums, but any host should feel free to contact Canuck via private message, or email. Hosts , feel free to respond to this post with any company information you may want to give, but please no pricing. You may inform canuck of your pricing in a private manner.

Let me know if you have any problems finding a host, and I will see what we can work out, but purchasing through a resellar is probably going to be your best bet.

Where is ixed.lin.4.3.10.pxp. located? (direct path)

Your public_html folder or your docroot in a folder called "ixed" . If you are experiencing problems with Source Guardian and Soholaunch, you need to update to the latest version.
