I have just installed this program on my site using cPanel
through my hosting company. Now do they have a key so that I can
use this program?
Or do I have to buy the program?

We are currently offering Fantastico customers a free 3 month trial. You need to fill out the form at fantastico.soholaunch.com to create a Soholaunch partner login. There is no obligation required, and you don't need to submit anytype of payment information to take advantage of this. However, you will need the Main IP address of your server. If you choose not to offer our product after the 3 month trial, all sites created with our product will not be deleted, but you will lose access to the product interface and admin area. Our product is a paid product, but I think that you will find we have the best prices in the market.

Kind of. The 3 month trial was for a server license to deploy sites with ProBase (http://info.soholaunch.com/index.php?pr=Comparison_Chart) features only. Now ProBase is just free all around. You don't need a server license. Just install via Fantastico and it works whether or not your web host has licensed your server.

We do however still offer a 20% on ProServer Unlimited packages for Fantastico-powered servers. Just fill in the IP of your Fantastico-licensed server at checkout (https://info.soholaunch.com/index.php?pr=Buy_Server) and it'll automatically apply the discount.
