Installing from Fantastico

I have just added a new IP address to my partner area. The new IP has Fantastico and after installing from Fantastico, I an error when attempting soholaunch:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

In reading some of the other posts it seems I am to enter my partner user-name and password during the install via Fantastico, but I cannot determine where -- my partner user-name is too long to enter in the Fantastico fields.

What am I doing wrong?

I played with the permissions and it is working. Every file was setup with permission 777 via Fantastico and with the server I am on (new server also), needed to change many of the permissions to 755 :)
