I am a user of Soho and my hosting company is the one providing it for me, so I don't have much experience with this.
The "Unique Users" statistic is interesting and I was wondering how it is calculated. The report is broken down into months, and I was wondering if it is reset each month. We have very little traffic, so here is an example...In December we had 15 users reported on the site. So far in January we have 2. I was just wondering if that is two new user above and beyond the earlier users, or if there have only been two users (ones previously counted in earlier months) on the site in January.
