License Problems... Again......

Hello,

My clients have not been able to access their admin section of the site builder for 2 days. The error message is below:

Unable to locate a valid 'proserver' license for this domain (sitebuilder.smarter-hosting.com) on server (216.32.90.218).

Has anyone else experinced these problems? I've sent 3 support requests and a direct e-mail to soho but none has been responded to. Could there be any problem with the server? Any suggestions?

This was a bug in one of the releases, but this has been fixed. If anyone experiencing this, update your Installation. You can do this by getting the latest version either from partner.soholaunch.com or through Fantastico.

I am having the same error with the newest verison of soholaunch.. fantastico doesn't have any option to upgrade or anything. What should I do in this case?
