Hi

I am interested in the Pro edition for a client but I don't get the pricing

The pro edition works for 1 domain/site so why does the pricing start at 5 and all the addons start at 10? I only want 1 license for 1 site.

Also where can I see the templates to see if they are any good?

Why does your site states 3 different version of the software - what is exactly available

PS your sales form didn't work telling me somehting was not filled in even though everything was, and I had to register to submit a pre-sales question?

regards ~ David

I posted some questions on the Community Announcements forum several days ago and am still waiting for a reply. If you are as slow to respond to support requests as you are to questions on the forums, I'm not sure I want to use your software.

Actually they are extremely quick with support issues but not through the forums. They are a rare hosting related company - They use the phone more than electronic means although email and forums are less expensive. Thats just their present culture. Pick up the phone and you will be impressed.

I live in Korea and have no intention of picking up the phone and calling them. If they want my business they will have to respond to my questions either through this form or email. I am not impressed with, and will not do business with, any company that cannot take the time to respond to email support requests.

I think I saw Jim give you an email address. If you wish use it but strictly speaking I would never rely on a user forum to get sales related answers. Many companies do not operaate that way but if it offends you then don't need to use Soholaunch. Its a free world. I hope thats the part of Korea you are in. Just letting you know that through the right channels they are excellent with customer service. Thats just a fact. Don't sell your business short just because you can't pick up a phone (understand completely in your case).

Hi sayouly, are you inquiring about support or sales? Since Jim's reply to David was concerning sales(pricing) and you say 'support requests'- I'm not sure what you are upset about- did Jim not answer your e-mail? I have had nothing but the best service from these folks- both sales and support.
Regards,
Stan
