license credited?

I have a site that, after trying soho for a few weeks, the webber has decided that soholaunch just isn't the right program for that site. I also have a customer that has decided to "GO OUT OF BUSINESS" as far as her website is concerned. Will I lose these licenses altogether when they are disabled in my partner area or, are they credited back to my account?

License credits are determined case by case. Generaly we do not give credits when an end user no longer wishes to discontinue use of the product. Of course we will support licensing issues expereinced when users switch servers, but this is only an issue when they are on a server licensing plan. If you have a customer that has decided not to use the product shortly after use you should sumbit a support ticket outlining the circumstances.
