Very much like what I see. Can I get a REAL demo as opposed to a movie? Would like to play with the Web Studio & Pro editions to really get a feel for them...

Fastest way to get that is to contact Soholaunch directly and see if they can work something out with you. I know the problem we had with open demos is they pose risks and have to be monitored as people play with them.
