I have a client who is trying to install through Fantastico and I have licensed their domain. They are still getting an error.

"I tried to install soholaunch and received an internal error message. How do I install this properly on my domain? It asked me to delete 2 files and I was able to via ftp. Want soholaunch in the root directory

Thanks, "

Welcome to the boards Rojan! :)There is a bug in Fantastico's auto installation of Pro Edition. Fantastico is aware of the problem and said it would be fixed in the next release. The soultion is to delete both the /images directory and the .htaccess file which are found in the public_html directory. You can do this using the file manager tool inside of cPanel.

It amazes me that it takes you 6 days to respond to a problem with the installations of YOUR software!! How are we to trust the product that we get from Shohlaunch is we cannot even get to the first stage of the installations without a problem. And we you do not seem interested in helping in an efficient manner once the problem arises.

Soholaunch's support was mainly by phone which I found more than satisfying and a bit refreshing since the hosting industry does most things by email. With the addition Of Joe I suspect we we will and are seeing somewhat of a transition.
