I recently downloaded SEO Ranks and I am stil trying to get it working? I am using 4.9.2 r6 and has unistalled and reinstalled and re downloaded several times. The best I get is "somthing" is happening hourglass and nothing else. Any help would be appreciated. What am I missing?

Hello Dylanbob,
The SEO Ranks module, will take a while gathering ALL information on all pages, if you only have 3-4 pages, than it goes fast, if you have many, this may take a while. Just let it run and finally the results will show up.

Ok Tried selecting the SEO from the plugin list and also selecting SEO from the Manage Plugin list - options on SEO. Hourglass for about 5 minutes then lost all frames but kep hourglass for anoterh 5 minutes then nothing. Soo will get support tocket. Thanks - I realy want to get this working!

I downloaded this plugin and installed it. The plugin is listed in my Manage Plugins.
1. When I click Options, all I get is "Internal Server Error".
2. Where do I get the details of the analysis?

I have a support ticket with viastep and they are working on it right now. Once it's working I'll post a note to you and you can try the fix.

I have to say that Ruben has been fantastic in solving problems I've had with a couple of Viastep products.

oscar had the same query a few months ago and still no post about fix, please could someone help us with this.

I still have no fix. Would really like to have it working, bit when I contacted ViaStep a couple of months ago, they said they were working on it. So far nothing.:uh:

i got it too.
downloaded it about a week ago, was told maybe give it a few days to wait.
but i still get error message.
guess it's bad for now. hopefully will change for the better.
haven heard from them since.

I got an email from ruben today.He was sick with the flu and he will be working on the fix soon.May be he will post it here so we all know it`s working.
