I would love to see a very clean site which has navigation like http://www.shabbychic.com or http://www.americangirl.com Ideally, it would have kind of a eurotrash feel... some simple scroll design graphics but mostly clean and intuitive.
I'm working on rebuilding my site from http://www.mybragbracelets.com to http://stargazerstudio.com and promoting more bridal and one-of-a-kind jewelry. I will say that the shopping cart has features I really like over my previous site and I am hopeful that it will eliminate a lot of past confusion my clients have had with input of personalization info.
