I have installed version 4.7 through Fantastico. Got my partner account, setup my server license. When I try to go to the admin to setup the site, I get the following Error:
No license key was found matching (www.southweb1.com.com). on server (69.93.42.98).
Any idea why I am getting the domain showing up with two(2) ".com" s in it?
:confused:

Hello Curtis,
During the installation process the domain name was inserted wrong. There are 2 ways of fixing this:
1. Go into sohoadmin\config\ and download the isp.conf.php file. The first line will have the damain name www.southweb1.com.com Change this to www.southweb1.com . Upload the changed file.
2. If you do not feel comfortable changeing this you can send me your FTP information in private messaging.

Hi Joe,
This is the line in the file ' isp.config.php'
this_ip=www.southweb1.com
It only has the single '.com' in it.
Any other suggestions?

I am also having this error I posted in another thread but it hasn't been responded to yet...
I do not have the extra .com in my error or in the config file, but I still cannot get into the admin. :(
Unable to locate a valid 'proserver' license for this domain () on server ().

Hi,
Did you purchase a license for the software?
Do you have a partner account or a sub account through your hosting company?
These two will make a difference.
