Hey bbri,
Check the permissions on your images folder; it should work properly with 755.
Nope, didnt help:
Filename: scan0001.jpg Did Not Upload! N/A System Error
Whats next please?
Thanks

Have you upgraded to the latest build in the partners area? Is the problem only happening with .jpg? Try and upload a different type. We need to narrow down where this is happening. Let me know what kind of results you get.
I have been following the thread for the image upload problem.
I too receive a sytem error when trying to upload images.
Filename: testgif.gif Did Not Upload! N/A System Error!
The dimensions on this file show 140x108 & 13.3kb.
I just loaded soholaunch on this site today.
However, I have several other sites which I had loaded it on within the last week and the same problem exists.
I can go to my cpanel filemanager and upload images, change permissions there to 755 and then I can return to soholaunch and the images are available to insert.
I have the ability to do this, but the customers that I am working with will be doing well to use soholaunch. I can't imagine them trying to use cpanel filemanger. They'd say no thanks I'll go somewhere else.
Please let me know if there is a solution to this.
Hi reinstalled the proggy and got .jpgs to upload.
However I cant upload any .WMA files.
Please advice,
Bbri
I see WMA is not supported.
What then is the recomended format to use for vids?
thanks,

This is a bug that we are going to get to. Until this is fixed, try renaming the file and uploading, then changing the name back to wma once it is uploaded.
I put SL on another account and it wont allow any images to be uploaded this time even w/ perms changed to 755. What to do please?
