Here's my site. be gentle its my first time. lol. I am really new, but I learned alot about plug ins and how to move stuff around.
Any tips will be appreciated.

The main pool image (Caged Pool) on the site is 800x600 pixels, but you're loading it into a much smaller area and it has no need to be as big as it is. On my machine (Windows XP, broadband connection, Firefox) it takes longer to load then, imo, an accent picture should.
You may want to resize that photo to match the display area so it doesn't lag behind the other images in loading when you first load the page.
Other than that, makes me want to go swimming. :ehheh:

Yeah good and simple site. These are the best! I personally would suggest that you make the headed picture smaller again or try to change it somehow to a horizontal bar rather than a square. As is, it looks a bit odd. I would also link the picture to your homepage for some SEO benefits. You can also change the menu navigational buttons to hyperlinked text for some SEO benefit too.
